Very well made, high quality.Shipping information: Regular shipments are Monday through Friday (except holidays - we would ship next available business day). Damaged Item, Wrong Item IssuesIf you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get a new item at once. Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 14 business days for carriers to process the claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier. We will be responsible for the return shipping and reshipping fee if we made the mistake.
