There are considerably more blank pages. The pages are blue in color.Some history:"The schooner, Fannie Currie, was built during 1854 at Bushwick, New York, under the direction of Edward F. Williams, Master Builder, as appeared from a temporary certificate of registration issued at New York City, December 2, 1854.Samuel Dearborn was Master.On December 20, 1854, the Fannie Currie received a certificate of registry at her home port of Richmond, Virginia. Samuel Dearborn continued to tact as Master until succeeded by George C. Rogers at Baltimore, May 21, 1856.On July 12, 1856, W.G. Crenshaw purchased an eighth interest in the vessel and George C. Rogers continued as Master until November 1, 185(?) when he was succeeded by Joseph A. Rich.Rogers became Master again March 14, 1859 at Baltimore and was followed by Charles M. Bray May 17, 185(?) at Richmond. The Fannie Currie was seized by the Federal Blockading Squadron in 1861 and sent to New York City as a prize.There, after legal difficulties, she was sold at a US Marshall's sale during August on September 1862 to a group consisting of Stark W. Lewis of New York City, Samuel Dearborn of Squam, New Jersey, Walter Thorpe, of Southport, Connecticut, S.R. Allen of Boston and Freeman, Seth, Samuel and George C. Rogers, of South Dennis, Massachusetts, as appeared from a certificate of registry issued September 15, 1862.The vessel was sold by this same group on the same day to Zenas D. Bassett of New York City.He, in turn, transferred a part of his holding in the vessel on September 26, 1862 to the same group with the exception that George R. Nickerson, of South Dennis, was substituted for George C. Rogers.Later on the same day, Samuel and Freeman Rogers and Samuel Dearborn again sold their interest to Bassett as appears from a permanent certificate of registry issued at New York City, September 25, 1862, so that the owners after this series of changes while the vessel remained in New York City were Zenas D. Bassett, George R. Nickerson, Walter Thorpe, S.R.
