It is dated 1909 but was issued later. The note was signed by I. Shipov, the second of two signers of this design. Notes with his signature were issued between 1912 and 1917. Size: 172 Millimeters or 6.77 Inches x 108 Millimeters or 4.25 Inches. Oversize holder necessary and included. "Standard Catalog of World Paper Money" (General Issues 1368-1960) by Albert Pick. #12b. Face: ГЯ 321128 • Black on red and blue underprint. • 1909 • Signed by I. Shipov. • Crowned, double-headed “Imperial” eagle. Back: Czar Alexander III, he was the father of Nicholas II, who was the Czar when this note was printed. The Note: A well-used example, it saw a lot of hands. It has multiple edge tears and the roughness at the centerfold. The note will be sent in a new “oversize” currency holder that fully protects it.
