1929 Postcard Full Set QTY 102 French Kings Queens & Historical Figures Rare!

Description: This is a really outstanding find! Someone kept their full set of French royalty post cards together. There is a note on the front "Purchased at Blois (castle) June 26, 1929". The full set is 101 cards showing all kings, queens, and assorted historical figures (Joan of Arc, Diane Du Poitiers, etc.). The engravings are printed on very high quality linen paper with a rough uncut natural border. I'm a history geek, so I thought these were just about the coolest thing ever. They would make a wonderful decorating statement framed en masse. There are 101 cards in the full set. There is a duplicate of Francois I which is on traditional postcard material for the time (the first copy in the same paper as the rest of the set). Condition: Good condition. Never written upon or mailed. Only mentionable issue: very light edge discoloration from oxidation on most cards. Some, but very few, cards show more discoloration (see photos). Dimensions: Each card 3.5" x 5.5". Set is 2" tall. Unpacked weight: 13.5 ounces Always happy to pass through discounts on combined shipping. I only charge actual postage, and always use recycled packing materials. Note some photos appear redundant because I take photos from all possible angles. On symmetrical items, these photos may appear redundant when there are no distinguishing differences or condition issues between side views.
