Description: Here is the trunk lid from a '77 Caprice. Is from a 4-door, but I assume it will fit both 2-door and 4-door Caprice and Impala of the '77 to '79 period. But the buyer should check these measurements against their application: the front-to-back measurement on the outer edges is 36" 1/8" and at the center 36 1/4", and the width at the rear is 61 3/4" and at the front 61 7/8". Is in good condition, with no rust damage to either the outer skin or underside lips and brace. Is also straight and dent-free, with no signs of bondo or prior repairs. The only possible issue is that the lock cylinder has been removed, and possibly the hole has been slightly deformed (I'm not sure......see closeup photo.....it would be easy to straighten if it is deformed, and would likely accept a lock cylinder as-is). Includes the latch, and the trunk lamp and lead. Buyer to pay $270 shipping (via UPS) for the eastern half of the US and $180 for the west coast (if you're on the west coast and eBay charges you the full shipping, I will refund you the difference of $90). Is also available for local pickup at my home in Sweet Home, Oregon (about 100 miles south of Portland Oregon).
