Description: 2011 - Jilin METEORITE medal This is the first meteorite medal ever issued by CHINA Issued in 2011 for the 35th anniversary of the Jilin meteorite shower It was issued for a conference and was not sold to the public. Very hard to find! Production run of only 1000! Attached in a recessed crater on the front of the medal is an authentic specimen of the Jilin meteorite. Coin is two inches (5cm) in diameter and weights approx. 1.3 oz (36g) Including original chinese COA and box Since I am listing more than one medal the meteorite piece on the medal you will receive might look different than the one pictured here.
