Description: Ritz Carlton Club, Aspen or St. Thomas 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo 7 nights. I am the owner of a fractional unit assigned 4 weeks a year. I have an unused week for Sale. The stay is Saturday - Saturday, although I will sell less than 7 nights. There are two locations available. The unit is available from end of September until end of November 2024. The condo sleeps 8 with pull out couch. Twice daily maid service, pool, hot tub. Free airport rides. and Full kitchen. Search Ritz Carlton Club for more info & photos. You will be required to check in with a credit card and pay for all incidentals charged to the room. I will give your name and information to the Members Concierge and they will contact you to set up your vacation. You will be treated as a member of the Ritz-Carlton Club and all of the amenities at the resort will be available to you. Message me to check available dates. Summer is not available in Aspen. Less sure about St. Thomas. Late fall, its possible to find nights at the other locations as well: Vail, San Francisco and Lake Tahoe. Since these rent on Saturday - Saturday, staying on a Friday and Saturday night generally not possible. $500 per night. 3 night minimum.
