Shipping Information: Due to the fragile nature of tile, I am using UPS to handle and take responsibility for all of the safe packaging and shipping of my listed tiles. In order to complete the listing I have listed the weight of the tile at 40 pounds. In most situations the weight will be significantly less. To find out the exact shipping cost, I will take your order to the UPS store and have them tell me what the price for them to safely wrap and package the tile for shipment to you. Once I find out this price I will then return home and send you an invoice that will include the agreed upon cost of the tile and the UPS shipping charge plus $5.00. Remember EBay takes 10% of the shipping money which is supposed to be used to pay for shipping. Once you pay the invoice I will then make a second trip to the UPS store to drop off the tile for them to safely package and ship to you. Local pick-up would mean zero cost for shipping.
