ANTIQUE GERMAN 16" BISQUE HEAD BABY DOLL SLEEP EYES WOBBLE TONGUE MARKED 100/7

Description: Darling antique baby from a serious doll collector's estate. This baby is just a precious size at 16" long. She has big blue glass sleep eyes, an open mouth and a wobbly tongue that moves. The doll is marked on the back of the head "Made in Germany" and 100/7, but no maker marks or names. The wig and pate (are newer) and loose so the head can be stuffed for shipment. The left ear has been repaired; please be sure to enlarge photo #7. The composition 5 piece body has wear at the joints and a few nicks and chips, especially on the hands. The stringing is tight and the baby can sit and pose nicely. She's dressed in a cotton gown with slip and bloomers, wool sweater and hand crocheted bonnet. The doll and clothing are clean. In spite of the age related imperfections, she's a pretty baby and displays with a wonderful antique ambiance. Thanks for looking.
