It's easy to install. Having installed numerous fans within my house, this units' instructions are pretty straight-forward. I would say the beauty of this fan is unmistakable once installed. Whats also cool about this fan are the light settings. You can have the upper, lower, or both lit-up at once. Hence, it all depends on how much light you want to have emitted.
