Description: These were dug years ago in a Georgia trash pit. The larger one is probably for a man as it is 6 and 1/2 inches long and has a trademark from England on the handle and what looks like the name Holdean on the other side. The smaller one is probably for a lady and is only 6 inches long. This one has a beautiful patina and is marked Extra Fine Paris France and is slightly curved. Beautiful patina and very smooth to the touch. The man’s has very old light deterioration in the handle from age but very nice and has a slick patina. These are made of bone and once contained boar bristles. The 58 caliber bullet is made of lead and is a 3 ring variety in great condition. You may not see in the close-up photos the printing on either one of these. A great addition to your Civil-War Collection which was unearthed in Georgia.
