Description: For sale here are Criterion Collection Blu-Ray Editions of TWO classic counter-culture films: "EASY RIDER" (1969) Criterion spine #545"FIVE EASY PIECES" (1970) Criterion spine #546 These blu-rays were originally part of Criterion's "America Lost and Found: The BBS Story" box set, which retails for around $100 (Please note that ONLY the two discs shown are for sale here. NO other discs or packaging from the BBS set are included). Because these blu-ray editions were originally part of a Criterion Collection box set, they are housed in "slimline" cases with a cardboard cover, wrapped around a hard plastic disc retainer. The covers are designed to look like weathered paper, but this is only the graphics. The covers may have minor dents at some of the corners (see the attached pictures), but they are overall in good shape. The blu-ray discs are in excellent condition. These Criterion Collection blu-rays include lots of "Special Edition" features. The pictures of the back and inside of the cases will give you an idea of all of the exclusive contents. Even though the packaging is different from Criterion's individual blu-ray releases for these two films, the blu-ray discs themselves are EXACTLY the same. The typical retail price for individual Criterion Collection blu-ray's is $39.95 EACH. You can get this pair of blu-rays here for just a fraction of the MSRP.
