These EPACK cards can only be transferred to another EPACK account unless you are in the USA which we can ship to from our EPACK account , so please do not bid if you do not have your own EPACK account. Postage Costs Internationally we post via International Priority which is internally tracked service by the Postal Carriers worldwide. We also offer the option of International Tracked And Signed service which can be followed online. This is the express option : ******VERY IMPORTANT****** To make use of the combined shipping you must not checkout with individual cards . You MUST add your item to basket and then checkout when you have finished with your order. The correct postage cost will then be applied. Delivery Timescales We post on a daily basis and aim to get you the items you have ordered as quick as possible. We use the Royal Mail for the vast majority of our postage. Within the UK we send via different services but all have the new 2D barcode attached which means in the unlikely event an item goes missing it can be tracked to its last known destination as it is electronically tracked throughout its journey. UK Postage:All items posted within the UK should reach you within 3 days but please wait until 10 working days have passed before contacting us as we cannot raise a query with the Royal Mail until this point. There are sometimes delays but 99.9% of mail does arrive. Rest Of World Postage:Most of the items we post reach our customers within 7-14 working days , but it can take longer particularly at busy times of the year.However mail to certain countries such as South America , South Africa and Mexico can take considerably longer.
