Description: Fitz and FloydWinter GardenSanta ClausTeapot#19-2506 This listing features a very lovely teapot from Fitz and Floyd. It is from their WINTER GARDEN Collection line of products. It has never been used or displayed and is NEW in the original manufacturer's box. The teapot stands at approximately 11 inches in height. There is a small splash of paint on the fur of Santa's hat. This likely occurred while hand painting during the manufacturing process. This can be viewed in the attached pictures if you look very closely and zoom in. This is not damage. I am mentioning this for informational purposes only. The box is in very good condition, (not perfect). The shipping & handling on this item will be FREE to anywhere in the contiguous continental USA. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii. This item will ship through the United States Postal Service via GROUND MAIL, which usually takes 10 to 14 business days for delivery. However, we reserve the right to change the shipping method and/or carrier. We package items for shipment within 1 business day of receiving payment. We ask that payment be made no later than three days from the date of purchase. When we package your item for shipment, we will send you an e-mail to provide you with a Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation Number. In regard to missing packages, if the delivery carrier states that they delivered your package, then you will need to file a complaint or claim through them. We cannot and do not accept responsibility for packages that cannot be located, or those that allegedly go missing after the carrier service indicates that they were delivered. We do not customarily accept returns on items purchased with us. If your package gets returned to us for any reason, we will issue a refund within one business day of receiving it in its originally sent condition.
