Description: Adorable French toleware birdcage chandelier, The frame is burnished and aged toleware with sculptured leaf detail on the arms - subdued and authentic.- It has 3 candle bulb holders- the candle drip covers are the original gilded metal.This dates we believe from the 1930'sThis has all original crystals - almost each and everyone on original wiring. We have had the bulb holders replaced to modern requirements and the wiring is silk covered. It is fully operational and suitable for immediate hanging.The crystals are beautifully faceted , clear and bright - a particularly attractive feature is the heart shaped crystal that hangs from the base - so charming & eye catching.Takes Three /3 E14 Chandelier bulbsDrop inc chain to top of ceiling rose 66cms/26"Actual Chandelier 46cms /18"Maximum diameter 31cms/12"weight unpacked 2.4 kilos Condition - Good antique condition - wiring to current French standards and fully working (it has been rewired since manufacture) .
