They are protected by eBay's Buyer No Pay Protection Program. That means these cases are not reflected in there feedback. It's like batting a 1000 and striking out and your still batting 1000. I believe ounce you file a No Pay Case and close that Case the Buyer should receive Negative Feedback from the Seller. If not the Seller, Ebay should leave it in a standard form. Sellers should be able to view it. Ebay say's they will receive a mark on there account. Oh, Ok. Maybe after 4 or 5 No Pay's we will suspend you for a month. Big deal. We need to get rid of this Dem policy. The Sellers pay the fee's for selling to Ebay & PayPal and have a right on this playing field to have this added to the Feedback policy. The attitude seems to be we need the Buyers and the Sellers need us. To me until No Pay Cases are reflected in Buyers feedback they are not accountable as apposed to the Sellers who are accountable for all. This is a opinion of fact.
