I'm just saying that's how it was sold to me and I don't know how to tell. But again, I'm just re-selling it, and I'm claiming it doesn't come with a 2 year care pack but I wanted to say that's how it was sold to me in case someone knows something I do not. But maybe it has to come directly from Amazon to include that. DESCRIPTION: This is a brand new / never used / open box item. You can see the cords are still factory wrapped. It was rejected due to physical damage to the factory box on one side. Read on to see how I've repaired it it! The side that had damage — I not only reinforced the ENTIRE side, I did it with not just with one piece of cardboard but an entire box, (both sides of said box) of factory, commercial grade cardboard that was used to ship a very valuable guitar from Kyoto, Japan to the USA. It's an excellent box. The guitar made it just fine. The point is, it's an insanely strong box and the side that was damaged, underneath it it's actually now built more solidly and securely than the other side — and also, much stronger what you would get in one of these shipments from anywhere else. THIS THING IS READY TO SHIP! Not only that, I reinforced all the outside long corners of the box with hard, commercial grade shipping corners. I used well over two rolls of tape building this shipment. It's so solid. I also added extra foam! This item is packed well and, in short, this shipment is tougher and more secure than anything you would get directly from the factory. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE HERE! (Since I've detailed my build-out of the shipment, I do want to say, if the carriers decide to throw this thing off the truck, gravity is gonna do what gravity does. But the point is I have taken all possible pains to build this shipment not only as well as I can, but more safe and secure than you would get directly from the factory)!
