Description: Black cotton velvet vest with sequins and really cool fabric pieces that hang down at the bottom. Polish dancing vests have this same feature and this vest is like a super cool version of those! Has 3 snaps at the front and then the lacing keeps it closed. There is boning right at the lacing but nowhere else in the vest. It's a size 20 but from the measurements it's probably going to fit an XL best rather than an XXL. Size 20 is supposed to translate into a size XXL but 21 inches underarm to underarm is more like an XL. Could be worn like a vest with a shirt underneath or as a top by itself. This is a size 20 vest on a size small mannequin so I've pulled it a little here and there while photographing to make it hang better. It really needs a real person to fill it out. 21 inches underarm to underarm23 inches in length
