Lego City: 60052 Cargo Train w/Power Functions 2014 Retired ~Brand New & Sealed~

Description: This is for a 2014 Retired Lego City 60052 Cargo Train that is Brand New & Sealed. This item contains the Power Functions needed to motorize it as shown on both the front and on the back of the box (Photos 1 & 11), which includes: Four different types of track to total 30 pieces as pictured in the first photo, a 7 Speed- 8 Channel Remote, IR-Reciever, Motor, and Battery Box as pictured on the back of the box in the 11th photo. Please note that this item takes 9 triple AAA batteries as shown in the 9th photo and these batteries are NOT INCLUDED with the set. The box is in overall Good Condition, being how its going on almost 10 years old, and the fact that once it was bought years back, it was just stored away. In addition to showing overall Mild Wear from Age & Storage, it also has wear in the form of creases that extend all the way down three out of the four sides on the box, with two on the front and one on the back from when my other Lego sets were sitting on top of it in my closet when it was in storage for several years as best seen in the 3rd, 5th, and last photos, with the crease on the left hand side on the front of the box extending down a little near the top as best seen in the 2nd photo. The bottom of the box has a crease down it near the center and a label that was placed over the UPC as shown in photos 8 & 9. The seals on the set are both intact and tight, with the seals on the one side as shown in the last photo being double sealed (seals laid over the seals) and with all four corners on both the front and back sides of the box having wear.
