Description: I am selling a used, highly desirable Nakamichi 700ZXL 3-Head Computing Cassette Deck Recorder (The cover of PLAY button dropped during testing/picture, but was recovered and affixed back on) I personally tested this deck; it FF, and Rewind OK but PLAY does not engage the tape right away. I opened the cover and gave a nudge to the gear inside so it moved to play the tape OK. I believe the belt is old and needs a new one. I'll leave that to the new owner. I also found the left channel is a bit lower in volume than the right channel. The volume display confirmed the same. So, I think that needs service too. The output level meters and needles work fine. It works on 120V AC in USA/Canada. Overall good physical condition. There is minor sign of use, like typical wear and scratches. Tape door OPEN/CLOSE fine but I recently found it got hesitate in opening the door after I played the tape. Not sure if it needs some lube or what. The hinged door on the right lower corner open/close just fine. The sale includes just the cassette deck as shown in pictures. No tapes, any other parts or accessories. I ship worldwide. Quite heavy and expensive to ship.
