Description: This was my GO TO lens at the track as a photographer for auto racing up and down the East Coast.It needs a good cleaning and the lens needs to be repaired or replaced.If only this lens could talk. It has rolled down a clay hill, been used for hours at a time, and finally scratched on a cement wall while running from the pits across the track to the stands.YUP! I nailed it but good.I always had it on VR, Auto Focus.At one point it was slow in focusing...probably has dirt in there from one track or the other.The mount still fits snug, please see the pictures. I am happy to add more photos if needed.There are no caps for either end, sorry, lost them years ago.Item will arrive wrapped over and over. It will ship in a sturdy box.
