Description: 11 & 1/2 x 18". Dated 1974. This is a thin plastic trans-light sign (that used to light up when placed on a light board) that used to be displayed in O.B.I. East (Oak Beach Inn on Long Island) . There is a backstage pass / sticker stuck to it that looks VERY old as well. I cannot be sure if the sticker matches the date "1974" printed on the beer sign proper (or of the sticker was placed there years later). The graphics on the sticker look closer to the "Aquarian Age" (earlier 1970s) . So there's that . This was found at an estate sale in Copaigue about 2 years ago with a bundle of other unrelated beer related signs. The daughter who hosted the sale said her father was a "real bar fly" at O.B.I. in the 1970s and was friendly with the bouncers. Stuff from O.B.I. in general does not turn up unless it's a matchbook . Shipping is $8.25
