Description: This is an Orange Free State Due Cover. It was sent from Bloemfontein to Rouen, France on April 16, 1901. What makes this one interesting is that it has Paris dues markings that are handstamped in ink, with a French 30 centimes due dated May 11, 1901. It also has a pair of ORC 1/2 d stamps on it. A lovely and rarecover for any OFS/OCR collection. This lot is over $100 USD so I will ship it using priority mail in the states and registered mail overseas. This is to ensure that it gets tracking and arrives in a safe and timely manner.
