Description: This is a HEAVY (2Lbs, 12 Oz) large (12 1/2" Diameter) pewter plate or bowl. It has a stamp on the front with a crown; England, and letters, (see photo) It also has a marking on the back, but half of the marking is worn down. It looks like a flower (?) (again, see photo), I was not able to track down exactly what this is-but it is definitely OLD!! Even so, it appears in good shape. It has the usual surface scratches. It is slightly bent in an approximately 3" area around the rim (please look at photo). This is a terrific item and would display well. This may be an amazing find for someone who knows the history of this item. Thanks for looking!
