This kit is complete with: mat, tree, lichen, grass, parking lot, instruction sheets, and 2 citizens. NOTE: the roof is the more desirable color, "dark gray."The plastic parts are in excellent condition. The box for being over 40 years old, does show signs of used and shelf wear. Still, a very nice kit for the collection. These Scenic Classic kits always look very striking on the Plasticville layout or collection. I KNOW you will be satisfied with your purchase.
