Lets assume these are Reprint candidates as to only identify the differences that I know of is under a black light to check the response of the paper's brightness - but these stamps to not last long and I dont have an original to compare against. So you purchase this set and they happen to be originals then you make out with the better deal. As Identified in the lower left of the stamp - this is the 5th issue of the stamp. The set of MNH, solid perfs, very fine centering and excellent color and print.
