I have discounted it MASSIVELY as I paid $118 for it to begin with but this way you can have a wheel cut for it OR even cut it yourself from another wheel with plate if you are handy with steel tooling such as individuals who work in HVAC, Automotive, and other trades. Shoemakers often know how to do all those things because they work with leather goods and luggage. I purchased this for two Maltese dogs way back in 2002 when things were still made very well but never had an opportunity to use it. I cannot fathom where the fourth wheel could have gone as I'm almost positive that it was with the carrier when I purchased it. When I discovered that one of the wheels was missing I thought to myself you have to take the wheels off anyway to fit them under a plane seat and why I didn't really pay attention. I was going to be carrying Maltese in it on a rolling platform at the airport so it truthfully didn't matter to me BUT YOU deserve to have all four wheels and make that decision for yourself. THAT is why I deeply discounted it. In any event, it has been stored in it's original packaging in a closet so it has no wear or tear whatsoever. But the missing wheel is so deeply discounted.
