Description: This is a beautiful, vintage Victorian-era trade card for colored threads manufactured by J & P Coats. It shows children see-sawing over a J & P Coats spool of thread or barrel. The children's outfits are colorful and pretty, and the little boy is holding a helium balloon.The face of this card is in good condition, but the reverse side has either some fading or possibly old glue on it, as shown in the photos. It may have once been pasted into an old scrapbook, as people often did with beautiful trade cards in the Victorian era. The card measures approximately 2 3/4 x 4 inches.We pack with heavy cardboard to protect the item and prevent bending.We can ship only to the buyer's address registered on eBay.Buyer will pay shipping with tracking included.
