Condition: Black cloth hardcover, bumped with some light fraying at crown/foot of spine, corners showing through to boards, overall sound copy - hinges in tact, text block solid. Notes and names on front free endpaper, a few corner creases to first few pages, with some very small chips along top edge of title page. There are 16 pages with thin red marker or pen underlining - several of them have 'treasure hunt' type instructions - ie, turn to page 420, etc...highlighting key passages like Moroni 10 and 3 Nephi 11. I have added pictures of the most severe examples. Some of the pages are just a bracket. In some cases the marker has bled to opposite page, or through page.
