Description: Vintage Tiger Black Velvet On Canvas Painting Framed In Bamboo Artist Signed 24” Frame measures approximately 24” tall x 23” wide. Painting measures close to 15” x 15” I believe the artist name is J. Beans, but not 100%. Very old painting. Has some wear on velvet in places. Side of velvet has a tear. Velvet might need to be adjusted, as some edges can be seen on front. Frame feels a bit loose if you wiggle it, but it is still very secure.
