Description: Wagner Ware cast iron gems pan, also called a French roll or muffin pan. It is 7" x 12 1/2", and can be used to bake 12 small rolls, muffins or cornbread. Most sources say this design dates from the 1930's - 1940's.The pan has been recently seasoned by an older gentleman who provides this service; he did a great job on the top, but there still is a little flakiness in the seasoning on the bottom. He advises us to go ahead and use it, it will fix itself. This is a heavy piece and we are happy to send it via any method that works for you, but USPS Ground Advantage is the cheapest.
